Website Wednesday!

If you're like me, you are constantly looking for new and yummy recipes for your family, maybe even one that your kiddos will like and is reasonably healthy. That's a high calling, isn't it?

If you're really like me, these recipes need to be fairly quick in the making process and fairly easy as well. There are many, many websites dedicated to recipes and the like, but the one that I continually return to when looking for something new or when trying to find something I've made in the past but can't put my finger on the recipe is Allrecipes

From their website:
Allrecipes, the world’s largest social network of food and entertaining enthusiasts, receives more than 35 million annual unique visits from users who share and download recipes, reviews, photos, personal profiles, and meal ideas. For more than 10 years, the Seattle-based site has served as a dynamic, indispensable resource for cooks of all skill levels seeking trusted recipes, entertaining ideas, everyday and holiday meal solutions, practical cooking tips and food advice. As the fastest-growing independent food Internet site, and part of the Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. Food & Entertaining Division, Allrecipes provides insights into the kitchens and cooking passions of home cooks everywhere.

One of the many great features is an ingredient search. If you have something in your pantry or fridge that needs to be used or will have to be tossed soon, just enter the ingredients and see what comes up. I've used this option many times.

So, when you're on the search for something yummy for dinner, bookmark this site and it will not disappoint!

Bon appetite!
